Our beef will be processed at Edels in Montgomery. You will pay Edels directly for processing. Once the beef is at the butcher shop, they will contact you about specific cuts or custom order. When your meat is ready, they will call you and you will pick it up from their shop.

Typically 190-225 lbs hung weight (about 110-140lbs of take home meat). Hanging weight is determined by processor.
